3D printing started around 1982 but has gained popularity recently as the technology of the machines and software improves so that an everyday person can start to enjoy this amazing craft. Even with this ease of use, the 3D printing technology is amazing, to say the least, and it has been definitely challenging to our patience and learning skills.
We have two filament printers which allow us to print larger detailed printing. For the intricate details needed for smaller items, we have acquired a resin printer. All of these printers take different software and have a learning curve that has been interesting.
3D printers can print everything from practical and useful items to whimsical and fun items.
