What services do you provide?
We provide quality hand crafted products. We use a variety of material and applications in order to make these products. Our service include custom order products and products that we will make to specific specifications. Request a quote for a custom product or place an order through our website.
 
How long does it take for product to ship?
Unless it is a quoted project, normal orders will ship within the week. Some orders will have to be made especially when specific color options or personization is required. If the order is delayed, our customer service will contact you via the email that has been supplied.

 

What if I would like to personalize a stock option?
Most items can be personalized to your preference. Just make sure that you send us an email or message letting us know your order and what you would like to have differently with that order. We will respond within 48 hours of receipt of your email or message to ensure that we receive your request.

 

Does personalization cost extra for stock products?
Personalization of designs are free of charge. The exception would be if it would dramatically change the design, we reserve the right to request that you start the quote process so that we may evaluate any extra cost that may occur.
